Today is September 11, and I feel fine.

Every year for 15 years, approaching the end of August, I used to get depressed. September 11 would come and I didn't want to go anywhere or do anything. Today is the 16 year anniversary of the World Trade Center/Pennsylvania/Pentagon disasters and I feel okay. It might be because I took a few drops of CBDa two days ago. But for the first time in a long time, I actually feel like going out to meet up with a group at a happy hour today.

  • It's now December 6, 2017. I met with my therapist this week and we discussed how much I've healed. My memory has been improving and I get less tired at the end of the day. She has given me a goal to clean out my hoarded stuff, and if it's done we will end our sessions. Sixteen plus years of living with PTSD and it's finally going away. I started this forum because I got kicked off Hopefully it will continue and grow, but it needs others' help.
